What’s A Good Idea For A Paper Airplane ...

I need to come up with a launcher for a paper air plane and i’ve drawn a blank. Can anybody help out?
Oh, and it needs to send the plane into the air with a good amount of force. And preferably a launcer that points up. Thank you sooo much if you could help! :D

that isnt much info to go on… i would launch it pnumaticly. use an up-side-down water rocket- without the water: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wkg1vvmfM… el cheapo Niggerrigging (pls read a dictionary before saying somthing ingorant. the root is eather niggard or niggerly, cant remeber which.)
face the mouth of the bottle skyward and you a have a rocket enginen. here is my plan:
supplies- find them at a hardware store of hobby shop
    (1) synthetic wine cork
    (1) 2 or 3 liter bottle
    (1) tube of expoxy. get a strong one that isnt clear and the cure/set time is >30min.
    (1) togglr bolt. get a size the will thead onto the tubing.size
    (1) thin piece of rubber or the strofoam seal out of the top of a medicne bottle.
platic tubing- lenth of bottle plus an 1″ or 2
two lengths of round stock. one the lenght of the bottle and one twice the lenth of the bottle.
    duck tape
select a small diamiter round stock (around 3/16″) and a tubing that will fit nicly into each other, but still slides freely. cut a small flat, thick peice of plastic that will fit through the mouth of the bottle (cut the top off of a battle rid and trim it down). glue a glue the peice of plactic to the bottom of the stock that is twice the lenth of the bottle with epoxy so that the plane of plastic piece is perpendicular to the rod. allow to cure. put it on fairly thick but not so much that it is hard to work with or makes a mess. .or thadrill a holl in the center of the lid sligtly larger than th stock. place a a single round of 1 1/2 inch duck tape around the peice of platic so that the edge of the ductape is right on the edge of the penny and the opening of the tape is on top. fill tap about 1/2 way full of epoxy and press the tape to stock, losing the top of it to form a cone of epoxy for reinforcement glob a generous amount of epoxy on the bottom of the plastic peice. insert the stock into the mouth of the bottle and firmly press the peice of plastic into the center of the bottles bottom. slide the cap over the stock and lossly screw it in place. allow epxy to cure. remove the lid and discard.
take the tubing and scew it on to one end of the tubing so about 1/2 is sticking onto the end. put a glob epoxy on it to hold it inplace. slide the tubing onto the rod toggle bolt first. pull the tubing up the rod so that the toggle bolt end of the tubing is about 2 inches above the epoxy cone. mark the tubing at the level of the bottle’s mouth. drill the cork and slide it down the the tubing so that the top of the cork is on the mark. push the tubing into the cork about 1/8″. poke a small hole ( about 3/4 of the diamiter of the rod) through the seal. slide the seal down the rod and glue to the top of the cork. glue the seal to the cork. place a glob of epoxy onto the botom of the cork. punc a hole in the side of the bottle near the bottom of the bottle. side the pe into this hole and seal with epoxy. allow to cure twice what the the time as the epoxy list to cure (e.g one hour for 30min epoxy). take the short piece of stock and use duct tap to secure it to the bottle. this will make a spike on the end that you can push into the ground to hold the bottle at the desired angle. 45 degrees to vertical sould give you the max flying distance.
glue a peice of tubing to the spine of the the plane where it extend beond the tail of the plane 1/2″. i recomend that you go to this sight and test the planes stability by following steps 1,2 and 5. if it is not stable, wieght the plane with paper clips. to fire the plane, slide the guide tubing down that is glued to the plane over the rod so that it sits ontop of the cork. now, pump like hell. when the cork pops out of the bottle. it will push the tubing up the up the round stock rocketing the plane into the air. the toggle bolt will impact with the neck of the bottle, which will stop the tubing from lauching into the tubing into the air.
i hope that made sense. i hope it works. i predict a short life span ending in premature, catastrophic failure. that idea was fun to come up with. ive got $10. ill brobaly build on for fun.
let me know how it works.
